  • Can shoppers buy and make offers at the same time?
    Absolutely! Batch does not want to take away any guaranteed full price sales. When a customer goes through the Batch flow they can select to buy your item at full price or put in an offer. For the products they select to buy at full price the order will appear in your orders just like a regular order.   • What stops someone from making very low offers?
    Our goal at Batch is to help you as a Merchant to sell your products at the best price possible. Here is how we do it. By default Batch will only allow users to make an offer that is at most 50% below your original price. This prevents you, as a Merchant, wasting time with offers that are way too low.     Part of the magic Batch creates is that you can instantly turn offers into new, unfulfilled orders.
